What if our flight is delayed or arrives earlier – can we change to a later or earlier bus?
If your flight time changes, please inform us at least 5 hours before departure. Depending on the bus availability at that time, we’ll do our best to arrange an alternative departure for you.
Can we leave our luggage at the bus office?
Yes, you can safely store your luggage at any Futa Ha Son Bus Office in Hanoi or Sapa:
